Dear STA Readers, Writers,

In what SHOULD be a HUGE clue to all people, but especially in Australia is here it is Monday.

The first weekday after the historic vote on Saturday. And NEWS7, online has NO story on the landslide
victory by Labor Party. FINALLY, in story #46 of 55, Abbott announces paid parental level plan is being dropped by his party. Then another story, about Abbott being in trouble, #49 of 55 stories.

And that does not get into the issues that caused the huge loss at the voting booth.

I am pretty darn sure that NEWS7 is a Rupert Murdoch entity. Which explains everything really, if I am correct.

BUT, if you go to ABC News... (Australian Broadcasting...) it is story #2!

Another story claims a hung parliament is quite possible with votes very very close in some key areas. Labor may only wind up with 44 of the needed 45 seats.

I just wrote a lenthy [for me] reply ... It got lost in the ether Do'h. Moving on .. The news cycle swallowed the Qld elections in a 48 hour gulp. LOL. Murdock owns 70% of Strayan media .. Print and TV ... I read Fairfax news and the ABC ... 'chanel' perfume 7 stinks IMO.

Soo we have a hung parliament .. It's common here.. the independents will deal the deal over the phone and the merry go round continues, but at least I'm content there wont be a bloody great Casino built in my district with another twenty thousand commuters passing by my doors day in and day out any time soon. I'm a happy chappy man.
