I have a high IQ and have been a member of Mensa where I met others smarter than me. Boredom is a common problem with high IQ people. It's not because we are psychopaths, but because we process material so quickly, we are on to the next thing before others.

Also, to us, most people are stupid. Again, psychology tests have shown that a differential of fifty or more points make people incompatible. I believe this was the bottom line conflict between myself and my adoptive mother. My IQ is 150 and I estimate hers around 75. We had difficulty even communicating unless I spoke as I would to a young child. When she fell into dementia in old age, she was tested for cognitive skills and found to have zero abstract reasoning ability. That explained a lot to me.

Psychos have no conscience or compassion. This is not de facto true of high IQ people. We just get frustrated when dealing with people who are so much slower cognitively than we are.
