THE PINEAL GLAND, DMT, FORBIDDEN KNOWLEDGE: DAVID WILCOCK VIDEO (STA BREAKING NEWS and ARCHIVES)

by pragnos @, Saturday, January 31, 2015, 22:38 @ Larimar

Larimar;

There was a thread here a couple weeks back about the benefits of silica in the diet to counteract the toxic effects of aluminum. I had some contact by email with Dr. Christopher Exley at Keele U in UK who has been studying silicon and aluminum in bio chemistry of first fish and later humans for over 30 yrs. Aluminum is toxic and accumulates in the brain among other organs and is thought to contribute to dementias. From his earlier work with fish, he realized that increasing one's intake of silica in the form of ortho silic acid can increase the excretion of aluminum via our urine. The best way to take the ortho silicic acid is from certain natural mineral waters. Fiji is one that is quite high in this remarkable nutrient and Volvic is another with somewhat less. They have done some clinical trials with Alzheimer's patients having them drink a liter per day in two half liter slugs and after twelve weeks significant increases in aluminum excretion were measured and some cognitive improvements were noted in many of the participants. His review article suggest that the calcium deposits in arteries form only after aluminum deposits there first. This could also be true of the pineal calcium deposits. I have been trying to glug a liter per day of Fiji water for the last 10 days and I have had some amazing lucid dreams like ones I used to have 20-30 yrs ago. I am going to have further contact with this researcher. He has YouTube presentations you can find by his name and aluminum dementia search words.

Happy return of good heath! --pragnos
