Weird Snow Pics (STA BREAKING NEWS and ARCHIVES)

Dear STA Readers, Writers,

Well now, I lived in snow country for most of my life and NEVER saw anything like those pictures!

And yes, I got out in it, and worked in it, etc.

If it was just one or two spots, or pictures I would say fluke or something like that.

But, it is obviously over a large area, and entails areas and surfaces other than a highly waxed car paint job.

I have seen snow sluff off structures, but NEVER retain its cohesiveness, and pile up like
Christmas "ribbon candy" .

Hopefully someone got some samples and tested it for other components?
