I HAVE, BUT ITS RARE INDEED (STA BREAKING NEWS and ARCHIVES)
The only time that I have ever seen snow in this fashion is when whoever takes MORE then enough time and say at least a half a case of very high end car wax to produce a surface this slick.. plus the temperature on the metal object warmed evenly so all the snow all slide off in one clump giving you this effect... granted to doesnt happen all the time but it does happen.
So, theres nothing "weird" anything about it..
Now the brick wall bit.. its packed tightly against the wall and when snow melts, well.. it certainly doesnt melt from the bottom does it.? And sense its warmer on the top then on the bottom, thats the least resistance and thats what youre gonna to see..
So, theres nothing "weird" about that either...
Something that you dont see everyday, and kind of neat to see when it does.. BUT, if youre able to pick the whole thing up on one piece or better then 75% of it at that time as is, THEN worry.. But I wouldnt bet on it.. cause its not gonna to happen unless you sprayed something all over it right before it folded and then froze enough TO pick it up.. But then again THATS cheating... isnt it.?
