Hello MOTW, how true. I think gimp posted this a while back, but well worth a repeat watch.

The sad thing is, it is only a small percentage who are doing what the video portrays.

As a hopeful example of what I mean is, in Australia, the Indigenous people were HERE for at least 50,000 years, some are saying 100,000 yrs. And in that time, as far as I know, did NOT wipe out Australia's flora and fauna. IN FACT, scientists claim they were an integral part of the ecosystem, and the REASON some things flourished.

Road kill is doing much more harm than the Indigenous people ever did. I see many sad testimonies to this fact every day I go to work. And I TRY like heck NOT to hit things with the vehicle. But I also can't cause a wreck, or get myself wrapped around a tree for a lovely parrot trying to commit suicide either.

Sadly, I have hit a few critters, but darn few.

I think if you think about it, what is behind this video is GREED, or the desire for HUGE profits, at the cost of nature.

But yes it has happened, but blaming the entire mankind for it, is a bit far, but the point is made and well presented.
