BEAUTIFUL! (STA BREAKING NEWS and ARCHIVES)

I have always loved looking up not the night shy on a cool clear night. I cannot identify many stars, but I always feel humbled by the broad expanse and contrasts in the sky.

My favorite time was camping in the Anza Borego Desert with my son. He slept in the tent and I slept in a sleeping bag on a cot under the stars (with a loaded but not cocked or chambered .45 in the sleeping bag). The sky was beautifully clear and dozing on and off I could see the Big Dipper swinging round through the sky that night. The Milky Way is our beautiful starry neighborhood and we live in the suburbs of the Milky Way.
