In the picture he's looking a little somber like he's listening to a sermon or something ... come to think of it... he looks a lot smarter than some humans I know... IN fact, I've looked less smart meself on occasion. Truth of the matter is ... Many of us knew non humans as 'pets' and some of who did, found it more pleasurable to hang out with a non human entity than with human Human. I reckon with a bit of surgery we could make the voice box of the dogie race speak to us in plain English [English English preferably] ;) Think about ... if we can grant them status as a person it suddenly becomes a lot easier to charge them for that bus ride. I mean .. buses don't come cheap. Also .. once we can train them up with our new found common language , Then.... THEN it get's interesting..... Pregnant pause ............

I once had a dog trained to bring the newspaper up from the paper guy who delivered by tossing it [the paper] out of his ride and landing it squarely on our lawn ... it only took one nod from m0i for 'Larry' [non human] to go fetch and deliver. Now it appears to m0i..... some time in the very near future after the voice box is [shall we say] 'adjusted' and an 'education' program completed we have... all of a sudden... an able bodied and extremely keen work force available to accomplish all the meaning less tasks we were feeling lazy enough NOT to do! I can't Wait!

And then there's the robots in opposition ... I can see conflict up ahead down some future time line... Not worried though because maybe I'll send old Shep over ... Just for a bit of a talk;)
