I read something a couple of weeks ago on the dangers of fluoride in toothpaste. It's message was that if you brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste you cannot help but swallow some minor bit of that even when rinsing your teeth. And, that that little bit is enough to harm you.

I balked at my dentist for his "we don't guarantee work if you don't go through with this fluoride treatment" routine. I started sending him some of the articles I gleaned from the net. Just before my next appointment at that time I sent him another article to discuss with him. It was about the extremely detrimental use of fluoridated water in baby formulas. I told him that if ONE mother, whose baby was damaged from fluoride, could hire a great lawyer she would end up owning the town!
On my next visit after that I learned that he had taken this situation seriously and convinced his city to pull all fluoride additives from their city water supply.

Now, with all of that said, please go to your local shopping places and try and find more than 5 tubes of ANY fluoride free toothpaste!!

Oh! Also, look into your mirror tomorrow when you're brushing your teeth with that "fluoride enhanced" super duper toothpaste you just bought!
