i have been pondering a reply to your question. i found this post that best sums up the problems we all seem to agree upon.

however, solutions are needed and after reading the above post, myself, the first place to start is at the core level of existence...shelter.

1)abolish homesteaded property tax up to a said acreage size to include overhead airspace to a ceiling height of 10000 feet on property that is free from monetary restraint from any lending institution(free and clear deed) . that places said property out of the legal system which would establish freedom from seizure. search warrants could not be instituted and guilty by suspicion would be dealt with outside of homesteaded property surveyed lines. corporate utility easements would be required to abandon homesteaded property or pay an access fee for fair usage. grandfather clauses on previous ownership agreements between corporations are null and void. agenda 21 stops at the mailbox so to say!
