So now the hoodlums that will be hoodless can switch to certain religious attire that will be acceptable and cover more of their face.
It's just crap when law abiding citizens get rights taken away because of thugs, whether it's guns or hoodies, I call it bullcrap.
In the long run, or short run, it won't deter the thugs from being thugs.
