In a recent interview on Coast to Coast, Sereda described the metaphyiscal nature of the galaxy. He said it is divided into thirds. The innermost surrounding the center holds planetary systems of higher frequencies and are home to angels and other great beings that travel in lightships powered by consciousness. This is the source of the shimmering, transparent UFO's seen here. The Bible speaks of The Ancient Of Days who was from this realm.

The middle third are the 3D paradise planets where war no longer exists. The inhabitants are peaceful. These are the source of the UFO's bringing the benevolent, helpful people to Earth.

The outer third are the warring planets, and, regardless of age or technology, the UFO's from these worlds carry ET's that seek to control, manipulate and conquer. They are here for no good.

As a world grows and its frequency rises, it slowly moves inward toward the galaxy center. Sereda says that the Earth is in the middle of the boundary between the outer third and the middle. It is only a matter of time until Earth moves and becomes a paradise planet. When that happens, the dangerous ET's from the outer third will no longer be able to access and influence this planet. And, the evil ones on Earth will no longer be able to incarnate here.

The mechanics of this is that as the Earth travels around the galaxy center, it moves up above and down below the galaxy plane. Currently the Earth is moving above. This results in more high frequency energies coming from the galactic center and has a profound effect on lifeforms. Species that are too primitive to handle the increased frequencies, disappear. This is contributing to the mass extinctions occurring now. It also can freak out people who are not ready for higher frequencies.

He hopes this transition happens soon, but no one knows with certainty when it will happen. I would be willing to hang around to see that, but definitely don't want to come back until after it does.
