The suggested 3 steps will be catastrophic to Europe. The drowning US financial system and corporate government want to bring to the bottom EU. If this happen the center of the power will be in Asia and then you all will see what nightmare will be worldwide. You probably forget Genghis Khan. Russia can cope with that - it stay between Europe and Asia and inhabit both property. Crashing down EU/US and bring them to the middle ages is not Putin's /Russia's agenda. The joos who rule US want war so to escape default - financial and economic. Since Nixon's time US has stole world wealth. I don't wish it, but think that americans are going to realize what poverty taste like. The jooish media and US educational system have make average american dull and blunt- witted. Average american is very exceptional in that.
If only Germany were independent and without US bases in the midst Russia and Germany could bring the world to peace and prosperity.
