KNOWING SMILES AND CHOPPING WOOD (STA BREAKING NEWS and ARCHIVES)

N1;

I am humbled in your joy. You clearly have a poetic touch as well. I think I might have a touch of that warrior/poet thing of Scandinavian legend. Although, at times I feel like I am more of a brooding worrier which can lead to anger and the warrior response. It can be a very tight circle to step outside of and so poetry can be the release from this unpleasant dissipation of life force. After all, the sword is really just an regally oversized tooth pick!? A shield is more to guard one's heart from emotional injury than from the "tooth pick"!?

I once saw a performance of Cyrano de Bergerac at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles where Richard Chamberlin played Cyrano with the big nose and he did all of the poetic lines while fencing over and around tables in duels with soon to be wounded losers. It was fabulous. Today we would maybe see would-be duelers txtng at warp speed insulting their foes while doing some sort of hip-hop break dancing.

Loved the music and vids--thank you. Will look up Antonnius. Cheers--pragnos
