yes, with the insanity level increasing in the world, it is best to limit exposure to the news because it seems to be contagious by tv and radio -- my state of mind is improved greatly since I focused my attention away from the world and onto my life -- there is little we can do about this;IMO it is part of the natural cycles in society and we just have to survive it as best we can.
