As we all know the US has weapons far beyond anything we are aware of. Probably the same case with Russia. Maybe they are showing us something to frighten little obama and his handlers off when in reality their capabilities are far greater.
Like putting a beware of dog sign on the fence when in reality you have a lion guarding the house just in case someone is foolish enough to try to get around the dog.
