Jane's and other independent military analysis groups have been saying for several years now that Russia has a few superior anti-weapons systems that the US military cannot overcome. Here is a bit of proof.

This is why the US has been using Ukraine and ISIS to attempt an end run around Russia. It's not working.

We have to question this. Firstly; why, if the Ruskies have this technology, would they so brazenly give away this secret?

To serve what purpose would you wish your enemy to know in advance any advantage you may possess? Doesn't make sense and we should know certainly by now, Ivan is no idiot.

If perchance Ivan has an endless stream of "surprises" up his sleeve and this event, mere bragging on his part, it might well be an explanation... but somehow I doubt it. IMO .. it don't fit Ivan's profile.

It is truly a puzzlement to wit I can find no answer other than perhaps the report itself is in fact, false.
