ERUPTION IN ICELAND 11 WEEKS ON AND SOME RANTING *VID* (STA BREAKING NEWS and ARCHIVES)

Greetings.

It shows no signs of slowing down, never mind stopping.
It´s not our habit here to complain about the natural forces
but this is becoming tiresome.

Sulfur Dioxide has been measured a few times over 8000
micrograms per square meter and went highest in a town
called Höfn for a part of a day to 17000, that´s way over
toxic level. Here at our home it has gone over 3000 a couple
of times and regularly over 1500. We keep our windows closed
when it goes high and drive our boy to a fro school and tell
him not to play outside during free time. My mother has a
continuous cold that started when the eruption began,
my wife has also been sickly, thankfully our boy is fine
and me i seem to be impervious to low doses of poison.
At the same time doctors are striking for better pay,
some very sick people cannot get treatment and there
are massive protests going on against the government.
5000 showed up at a recent one. We got no damn summer
now two years in a row, all chat, blog, news, discussion,
it´s all negative. i really wish i could afford to take
the family on a little trip far far away, so sick of this all.
Wow, been rambling, sorry about that, too tired to edit it.
