4 MEN SHOT OUTSIDE WILLOWBROOK APARTMENT COMPLEX; SUSPECT AT LARGE (STA BREAKING NEWS and ARCHIVES)

WILLOWBROOK, LOS ANGELES (KABC) --
A search is underway for a gunman who shot four men outside an apartment complex in Willowbrook.

The incident occurred at around 11:45 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of Compton Avenue.

Los Angeles police said a suspect in a white sedan fired four rounds.

All of the victims were taken to St. Francis Medical Center. One man was rushed into surgery in critical condition. The other three suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

It's unknown if the suspect knew the victims. No arrests have been made.
