IF NURSE SHOULD SPREAD EBOLA - CHARGE HER WITH MANSLAUGHTER (STA BREAKING NEWS and ARCHIVES)

If the quarantine breaking nurse in Maine should come down with Ebola and/or be responsible for spreading the disease to others I think she should be liable for both civil and criminal penalties.

Ordinarily we cannot hold individuals responsible for passing on a disease that they catch and pass on since thay did not do it intentionally. But in this case since she has acted against mandated quarantines I believe she has brought on herself at least the moral and probably legal consequences should she prove to be a carrier of Ebola.

God help us should she or someone else be found to be a carrier like Typhoid Mary who showed no symptoms but caused several families she worked for to catch typhoid fever. If I were in her place I would welcome a quarantine to make sure I didn't make other people sick. Just why did she go into nursing - Was it just a career move or did she care about other people?
