NEW YORK CITY — Shockingly in a jaw-dropping interview with the press outside her apartment building, the neighbor of the infected Dr. Spencer, a 16-year-old girl, testifies on camera that he is not the man pictured by the press.

In a video posted on YouTube the girl had the following conversation with a reporter:

Reporter: “I just wanted to make sure that’s the person” [showing the girl a photo].

Girl: “On the fifth floor yeh?”

Reporter(s): “Yeh.”

Girl: “No that’s not him sorry.”

Reporter(s): “Well that’s [...]“

Girl: “Are you sure?”

Reporter(s): “Yeh.”
