The shooter responsible for killing one person and injuring four others at Marysville-Pilchuck High School has been identified as Jaylen Ray Fryberg, CNN reports.

According to the Seattle Times, other students also identified Fryberg as the shooter. Meanwhile, local news outlet King 5 added that family members have identified Fryberg as the gunman.

Marysville police, however, declined to confirm the shooter's identity.

Incoming reports by KIRO TV reporter Amy Clancy and Deborah Horne state that Fryberg's cousin, Andrew, was among the victims shot during the tragedy. Relatives of Fryberg's also said that three family members are either dead or have been injured, including the shooter.
