FERGUSON, Missouri — Sen. Jamilah Nasheed, (D) MO, was arrested Monday night during a protest in Ferguson. Although shockingly, upon a search of her persons police found a 9mm pistol.

It was also reported that Nasheed refused a breathalyzer test, but reports maintain that police and others may have smelled intoxicants.
