if a country will not act responsible and not lock down their borders and the red cross,who,cdc,military,...etc will not act with common sense, then yes. at this point, a person could fly in from an unsuspected area...sooo...do we ban all incoming flights? on our own turf, it seems we cannot contain it. in my humble opinion, it matters not because there are too many reasons why something like this is overdue with the world's population being so large. it just bewilders me that tsa treated citizens so horribly with body searches and humiliation over pocket knives, where are they now...put 'em back on the front
