LIBERIA — A major Liberian publication is now questioning if the U.S. created Ebola, using West Africa as a testing ground for the nasty bioweapon.

In the article titled Ebola, AIDS Manufactured By Western Pharmaceuticals, US DoD? Dr. Cyril Broderick, Professor of Plant Pathology wrote:
