LESS BATTERY LIFE (STA BREAKING NEWS and ARCHIVES)

This trend is interesting.
Over the last year my cell phone and my wife's cell phone can't keep a charge nearly as long as over a year ago. I'd have to say by half to a third less battery life for our phones.

A few months ago I purchased new batteries, and the same results. I have been pretty good about keeping extra radios off that are not being used (Bluetooth and wifi and gps, and locator service), but doesn't seem to make a difference. I also use "apps-killer" to regularly kill processes that shouldn't be on.

I just wonder if anyone else is dealing with the same problem.
