OKLAHOMA STATE TROOPER CHARGED WITH KIDNAPPING AND RAPE (STA BREAKING NEWS and ARCHIVES)

The Oklahoma highway patrol says a state trooper has been arrested on complaints of kidnapping, rape and other crimes after a woman accused him of attacking her following a traffic stop.

Trooper Eric Roberts was arrested Monday and taken to the Creek County jail. Captain George Brown says the 42-year-old has been on administrative leave since 24 July, when a woman alleged he attacked her. The woman has also filed a lawsuit.
