hope you are getting better,buddy. i just informally peruse the headlines in the attempt to limit the damage. it is hard enough for me to fight the mundanity of a small town and its myopian effects. i've found that a periodic self examination and reset of values are helpful. true happiness is found when the worldly objectivity of delusion is shattered and the true meaning of life surmounts...that is when tears of sorrow transform into tears of joy. hope this helps
