We have freedom of religion, perhaps what we need is freedom from religion. Don't get me wrong, I have a religion, but that doesn't give me a right to oppress others. On the other hand, I shouldn't feel I am walking on eggshells because something I say may offend someone elses religion.

About freedom and religion. Is it posable...... religion is controlled by the priest-HOOD and that freedom is an arbitrary concept prone to the whims of the ruling elite via the omnipresent judiciary combined with the might and power of the armed forces.
Not unlike Rome eh!
I propose... We meer sapients have a loose genome setup whereby the herd mentality is largely strong.
