The One. The Universal consciousness is the Source. 3D reality is its artistic self-expression. IMO, the One creates the Universe and dimensions for experimentation. Like it says in the Vedas, the One breathes in and out. When out, we have Universe and dimensions. When in, Source contemplates results of experiment before creating again, the cycle is infinite.
