TORRID SUMMER?

by Morgan @, Saturday, August 18, 2012, 09:42 @ Il_Bagattel

We didn't have one. I've been keeping track, checking the highs whilst they are happening (What accuweather does as a final post, and what the temperature 'in action' is, isn't always the same.), I have 19 days confirmed and one day maybe (I was away from the compooter.) that were over 80°F, and only one of those days was over 90°F, by one degree at the weather station by the shoreline. Of course that means where we live is 5-10 degrees warmer when it's sunny, being at the opposite end of town on the first foothill, but hey. Works for me, considering I loathe hot weather about as much as tapeworms.

Since the BP incident, our temps have gotten more static. Warmer winters, cooler summers. Unfortunately, the wet seasons have been drier, but who knows what this year will bring.
