How does this pix go with the article you linked? I am pretty sure that is Prof. John Dash of Portland State University who has had a number of grad students and even high school students work on cold fusion experiments that they do their thesis on and get published. I have met him and chatted with him a few times. Very nice modest fellow and he gets good results right under the noses of the critics. This set up looks like an electrolysis cold fusion cell though the resolution on my laptop doesn't make it clear what is being measured and so it might be a sonofusion cell.
