The cyclical theory is a foundation of esoteric knowledge as found in Theosophy as well as the Vedas. In fact, I have a rare esoteric studies book that flatly states everything is cyclical vibration.

I also agree with the "advancing/retreating" concept of human civilization. I hope that society is on an upward path since so much of what is happening seems to be heading us into darkness.

Crittendon said that Sirius could be the twin of our Sun, basing his idea on its importance in several old cultures. This is fascinating since inner teachings indicate that Sirius is the spiritual mentor/guardian of our Sun.

There is so much we don't know and lack of understanding is a huge part of the sorry state of society. The mystery schools taught that the special knowledge they held could not be publicly disseminated (pearls before swine concept). However, I think many are ready now to grasp and digest these teachings and that is being proven by so much truth being discovered by scientists and esoteric researchers. Eventually, it all becomes a cohesive database that can be used to help elevate all.
