Bold Prediction on Barclays Bank CEO/COO - FAIL

I see the CEO and COO of Barclays Bank UK have resigned or are about to and the former may have to forego his 20Million pound goodbye payment. So I have to admit I was wrong in saying the matter would end when the Bank paid the Govt their bribe of 240 Million Pound. There must be a sense of fear in the elite to have forced this on these criminals.
However the same article says the CEO since 2005, has been paid - wait for it - 100 MILLION POUNDS in salary and bonuses. How do these creeps sleep at night? Very well I suppose.
But this all still begs the question - why are these vermin not arrested, tried and jailed for criminal fraud and theft? Why do Bankers almost never get their desserts and walk off laughing at the stupid masses?
