FRIED GREEN TOMATOES LOL

I hated Egg Plant when I lived at home. My mother would cut 1/2" thick slices, flour them, then fry them very quickly on both sides.
I now raise the Ichiban Egg Plants, about the size of a banana. I peel them, slice to about 1/8" flour and fry them. They almost never make it to the table they're so good.
