WE NEED A TRANSCRIPT OF THE HEARING

So true, Mourann. Phrasing and exact words are extra important to pay attention to when dealing with lawyers. I spent an hour after seeing this posted on another site yesterday morning trying with much hope to get the exact quote regarding the forgery admission but in every story I found that particular point was never offered in quotations. I haven’t listened to the entire proceedings, but to a good portion of them, and didn’t hear anything to that effect. She actually does claim the posting on the WH site is genuine at least once but in the same breadth indicates that doesn’t matter to the current situation before the court. New Jersey just isn’t the appropriate state to bring this case to as they have no proof of citizenship requirements. I don’t know if any states actually do. Arizona was trying to add that requirement last year but I’m not sure where that stands at this point. Those states, if any, would be the place to try that WH post.
