Unfortunately the headline is quite misleading. She never actually states it is a forgery. She states that whether it is or isn't a forgery is irrelevant because New Jersey law doesn't require candidates to present a birth certificate and she’s right. Personally I think it is a forgery but this isn’t the smoking gun the headline would lead you to believe.
