"PAYBACK" - ALL HURRICANE EYES TARGETED BUSH COUNTIES *PIC*

Recently on a internet forum site called,

"<http://www.livejournal.com>",

Bob Morris, a member of the forum, had posted this map below.
It consists of two separate maps that have been overlayed one upon the other.

One of the maps was hurricane eye tracking. You can see the heavy black lines which trace out the tracks, or paths, that the eyes of the 3 most recent hurricanes took as they each made landfall.

The other map was Counties displayed by voting results from the Presidential election of 2000 between Bush and Al Gore. You can see the counties displayed by color-code denoting which counties had voted for Bush, and which counties had voted for Al Gore back in 2000.

Notice how the eyes of the hurricanes all "targeted" Bush Counties exclusively.

Was this "PAYBACK TIME" to those who had voted for Bush back then? And if so, who or what was steering those 3 hurricanes which such incredible pin-point accuracy?

God, or the Military, or some other black op? You tell me.
