RUSSIAN HAARP IN ACTIVE MODE? U.S. UNDER SCALAR ATTACK?

Perhaps Russian HAARP isn't picking up anything; as if it were in a "passive mode".

Perhaps instead, Russian HAARP is....pinging our country with their "Woodpecker" scalar wave weapons.... in an "active mode"!

But, when the Yellowstone Caldera (that these scalar weapons may be targeting) blows, it will seem as though it occurred "naturally".

If you read the article that Bluestar posted, entitled "Smoking Gun", you would find one good theory to explain the data results that were posted above.

The "heartbeat" that was postulated by "Esclarmonde", in his post entitled, "WHAT IS RUSSIA'S 'HAARP' PICKING UP?" may not be a passive signal being collected by this data, but rather, an active attack upon the United States Western tectonic plates!

Indiana had an Earthquake today, of a magnitude of 3.6 on the Richter Scale.

I just checked Mammoth Hot Springs Web Cam, (AGAIN!), just before sunset, and all the geo-thermal vents, that produce the incredible amounts of steam released there, were observed steaming up a storm of activity.

Are we under scalar weapons attack? And if so, doesn't that make Yellowstone the natural target of these scalar weapons? Quite a disaster that would be. A Caldera eruption there, natural or man-made, would create a disaster of epic proportions devastating an area around Yellowstone with a radius of 600 miles.

Devastation would occur throughout most of this disaster zone if it blew with the force of a Caldera-type geologic event.

Using HAARP or scalar waves, any place on earth may be triggered to tremor, and a very "natural" looking earthquake will result. earthquake phenomenon might be the most terrifying of all natural disasters, since people cannot live without a solid foundation. Entire city structures are based upon buildings having dependable foundations.

Therefore, since the New World Order Plan envisions eliminating cities, we might expect that earthquakes would be a preferred weapon of choice. Severe earthquakes might result in the wholesale evacuation of cities.

Scientists can also create earthquakes by changing the "composition or structure of the earth". This technology is "Tesla Technology" first perfected by the Russians! Such capability means that scientists afar off, pulling certain levers, can create earthquakes wherever they want, and probably, of the intensity they desire. It is one thing for people to live in such earthquake prone areas like California, thinking they will just "take their chances" of an earthquake killing them. But, it is another matter, indeed, for people living in these earthquake prone areas to understand they are in a hunter's rifle scope!!

Of course, the "rifle" being aimed at them is not a traditional rifle, but the weapon of Weather Control that can produce earthquakes wherever and whenever they choose, of whatever intensity they choose.

Today, the Yellowstone Super Volcano seems to be getting ready to erupt. We feel it highly likely, (snip) that Yellowstone may have been steadily building up as the result of 27 solid years of the Russians "pinging" our Pacific Northwest with their "Woodpecker" scalar waves! But, when that volcano blows, it will seem as though it occurred "naturally".
