The following web-site advertisement in very real, and very frightening. "The first 100,000 registrants will receive $50 off at the time of their chipping procedure." The company sponsoring it calls this their "Pre-Registration Program". What impending "Chipping Registration Program" are they talking about? Is this going to be a F.E.M.A. registration program perhaps after the Bush administration declares Martial Law? Is this another veiled warning that there isn't going to be a presidential election in 2004? I'll tell you one thing, THEY'LL NEVER CHIP "ME" ALIVE!
