The news media is replete with stories about Immigration authorities raiding IFCO Systems facilities all over the United States and arresting hundreds of undocumented

The honorable and of course illustrious Secretary of Homeland Security is Michael Chertoff. He was a partner in the mega-law firm of Latham and Watkins. See :

Latham and Watkins has a unit that specializes in representing EMPLOYERS. www.lw.com/practice/practice_areaSpecific.asp?practice_id=43 . They do this not just in the USA but Internationally, including the EU where IFCO Systems is based.
