FRANCIS STOPS IN ITS TRACKS *PIC*

Francis just hanging 70 miles out, possibly re-organizing the eye.

When it again budges on it's track it might take days to move across Florida, not good.

NOTE: we've possibly witnessed some hi-tech at use on this storm.
